Reporting Bugs
If you encounter a bug or unexpected behavior in the app, you can report it to us using one of the following methods:
- In-App Support: Open the ÉlseWhere app, navigate to the Profile tab, and tap on the "Contact Support" button.
- Email: Send an email to artemy.medvedev.ilyich@gmail.com
with the subject line "Bug Report". Please include as much detail
as possible, such as:
- Your device model and operating system version.
- A description of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce the bug.
- Screenshots or a screen recording (if applicable).
